BMR has supplied an end of line processing plant for large slabs to Rock Sanat, the first Iranian company to invest in new sizes.
Scandiano, March 2018. BMR is preparing to ship the first end of line plant for large sizes to Rock Sanat, one of the Iranian Mah Ceram group companies, which has decided to pioneer new technologies by investing in production plant for large slabs.
BMR is not new in the Iranian market, where it already collaborates with the main companies in the sector. In fact, the Scandiano based company has worked with the MAH CERAM – Rock Sanat Group for over 20 years to develop cutting-edge production lines that are able to meet the requirements of the ceramics sector in the Middle East and has supported the company in the new evolutionary process towards the production of large slabs.
BMR has supplied: 1 lapping-treatment-cutting and squaring line for slabs of up to 1600×3200 mm and 1 cutting-squaring and shaping line for sub-sizes, special pieces and increased thicknesses.
Particular attention has also been given to the final surface treatment by installing BMR Supershine technology that enables manufacturers to obtain surfaces that have gloss values of greater than 90 and with lasting properties in terms of depth, compactness and aesthetic quality.
