Automatic or semi-automatic dimensional control system for tiles
Diavision is one of the main machines used for carrying out automatic or semi-automatic dimensional checks on the tiles. After squaring, dimensional checks are carried out for size, diagonals and flatness. This equipment consists of:
– an aluminium frame;
– a transfer system with fixed toothed belts;
– an inverter drive;
– a manually adjusted self-centring feed unit;
– a control panel and a touch screen keyboard;
– a stainless steel guards.
