World premiere at Tecna for the Squadra Vision Plus. BMR will bring the latest evolution of its squaring machine to the fair, that is a system that will open the door to a new era.
The new Squadra Vision Plus derives directly from the classic squaring machine with cameras. An evolved system, equipped with ‘full automatic’ functionality for totally autonomous and highly engineered machining that, thanks to continuous technological upgrades, embraces the concepts of Smart Factory and Industry 5.0, demonstrating multiple advantages in terms of energy saving, eco-sustainability and reduction of production costs.
Customer tests with the same material, removal rate and speed have shown that this camera technology has 40% lower grinding wheel consumption than laser and similar technologies.
Squadra Vision Plus is a dry squaring machine with 9 or 12 calibrators per side, ideal for all types of materials and sizes up to 1800×3600 mm.
In Rimini, the BMR team will also be on hand to present the LeviCompact and Supershine Plus. LeviCompact is BMR’s patented solution fitted with two parallel swing bridges with 10 heads each. This allows for greater speed and coverage compared to traditional solutions, with an advantage also in terms of uniformity and productivity.
In fact, the solution fitted with two parallel swing bridges increased production by 22% compared to the single-bridge configuration, as well as reducing floor space requirements by 45%.
